Abel Terente opened the restaurant in 1999 after a long professional career. Determined to take on a new venture and to put all his know-how into his own project, he turned this former restaurant into a leading steakhouse, where he also pays tribute to traditional Asturian cuisine.
It is unusual not to find Abel in the restaurant, recommending a speciality or dish of the day to diners and greeting everyone who comes to his establishment.
